1 · About these terms
These terms apply when you buy from this website. Please read them before ordering.
Adore is a clothing brand based in Bangkok, Thailand. You can reach us any time through our Contact page.

2 · Prices and currency
All prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and are the only currency we sell in.
Orders delivered within Thailand include Thai VAT at 7%. Orders delivered outside Thailand do not include Thai VAT, and are instead subject to the import charges described below.
3 · Placing an order
Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. Your order becomes a contract only when we confirm that we have dispatched it.
If we cannot fulfil an order — most often because a limited piece sold out in the same moment — we will tell you and refund you in full.
3.1 Limited runs
Most of what we make is produced once, in a fixed quantity, and then archived. We do not usually restock, and we cannot promise that a sold-out size or colour will return.
4 · Delivery
How we ship, what it costs and where we ship to are set out in our Shipping Policy.
5 · Import duties and taxes
For orders delivered outside Thailand, import duties, taxes and any carrier handling fee are paid by you on delivery. These are set by the destination country's customs authority, not by Adore, and the courier collects them directly when your parcel arrives.
We cannot tell you the amount in advance. Your local customs office can usually estimate it before you order.
6 · Returns and exchanges
Your options, and the time you have, are set out in our Returns Policy.
7 · If something is faulty or wrong
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, tell us through our Contact page and we will put it right at our cost. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
8 · Our content
The photography, text and designs on this site belong to Adore. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking us first.
9 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
10 · Law and disputes
[TO CONFIRM] Which country's law governs these terms, and where disputes are heard. Your lawyer should set this, and it interacts with the consumer protections of the countries we ship to.
